This board is finished with a food-safe cured epoxy surface, sanded and polished flush with the walnut so there's no lip, no ridge, nothing to catch a blade. Slice, chop and carve straight across the resin just like you would on the wood — it won't stain, it won't soak up juices, and it wipes clean in seconds.
Every board is poured, sanded and finished by hand, so no two are ever identical.

Care: hand wash with warm soapy water and towel dry — never the dishwasher. Re-oil the walnut every few months to keep it rich.
